We have used many realtors before, and even tried one at this property without success. The difference we found with Lucie and Lance is that they treated this ex-rental house of ours like they were selling their own personal home.
They went over things that they thoughtfully gave attention to that would help present the house at it's best and helped out till it was all done. We lived over 45 minutes away and being on top of every little thing was beyond our ability, but not theirs, they were on top of everything from start to finish! They were right there to let contractors in even to help get the little things done that would make our house most presentable for its top dollar.
Sure enough, all their extra attention paid off, with their multiple open houses and showings, the house which had been for sale with another realtor for many months (through the best season), and now that things were slower, Lucie and Lance got it sold and at the price we had always wanted! We were amazed!
On the details involved in the final contract process, again Lucie was so detailed and didn't want to leave a thing to chance. She was like a mother hen over the whole deal, babying it through to a very satisfactory conclusion and no loose ends.
I really don't think any other realtor can come close to the kind of service we received from them!
